These are a great little cookie. A parent of a little boy in my MDO class at church brought me some and I asked her if she wouldn’t mind sharing her recipe : )
These are kind of a combination of a sugar cookie and tea cake…and I love it! I could eat about 20 of them in one sitting!
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1 Cup Butter (real butter)
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 Tsp Lemon Frosting
- 1/2 Cup Milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients well in mixing bowl. Drop by rounded teaspoon on to baking sheet. Press down with sugar. Bake 10 minutes.
