Easy Key Lime Pie

A dear friend just had surgery and we took dinner over to her last night.  I made this pie for her and was wishing I had made a second one for me!  She told me it was tasty and I’m going to take her word for it : )

Easy Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

  • 5 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well. Pour into unbaked graham cracker shell.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Top with whipped topping and garnish with lime slices if desired.

It was super yummy! Thank you again for blessing us! I'll test out the chocolate pudding pie, too. hahaha
