I love these little things! They make for a great breakfast on the go, a snack, appetizer, you name it! It’s easy to make a couple of batches and you can even freeze them to have plenty on hand for future use. 3 ingredients, 3 steps and that’s it!

1 lb ground pork sausage, cooked (NOT drained)
2 cups Bisquick
2 cups shredded cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, Bisquick and shredded cheese. Form into walnut size balls and place on baking sheets.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, until golden brown. (makes approx. 36 balls)
