Sausage Balls

I love these little things!  They make for a great breakfast on the go, a snack, appetizer, you name it!  It’s easy to make a couple of batches and you can even freeze them to have plenty on hand for future use.  3 ingredients, 3 steps and that’s it!

Sausage Balls

Printable Version: Sausage Balls

1 lb ground pork sausage, cooked (NOT drained)

2 cups Bisquick

2 cups shredded cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, Bisquick and shredded cheese. Form into walnut size balls and place on baking sheets.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, until golden brown. (makes approx. 36 balls)

We made this recipe every New Year's Eve with my Mom. It is delicious and you can make a million of them at once 🙂
