Heath Crunch Caramel Dip

Printable Version: Heath Crunch Caramel Dip
Ingredients
1 8oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 Cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
11 oz. heath bars, broken in to pieces
6 granny smith apples
Directions
1. Mix together the cream cheese and brown sugar until well blended.
2. Spread mixture out thinly on serving platter or baking dish.
3. Spread caramel ice cream topping over the cream cheese layer.
4. Sprinkle toffee bits all over the caramel topping.
Serve along side sliced granny smith apples

OOOOOHHHHH how I wish you hadn't posted this one day after I went off sugar for a little while. Looks almost as good as the caramel brick they put inside packages of caramel popcorn, which I have been known to eat without the popcorn.
Will try this when I can have sugar again.
And I LOVE Heath bars; they were my fave as a kid!
