This is one of THE easiest crock pot meals! I have always made a similar recipe but by using the oven. I’ve been trying to utilize my crock pot more because let’s face it, IT’S EASY!! I tried the oven version of my favorite pork chops in the crock pot and let it do all the work!
You’ll want to try this little beauty of a recipe out….you won’t be disappointed!
Easy Crock Pot Pork Chops

(sorry for the very poor picture quality – my husband and I were both starving and didn’t want to get up to go get the camera! : )
Printable Recipe: Easy Crock Pot Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2–4 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 cans (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2-4 pork chops, boneless or bone-in
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Lightly spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Put onions and potatoes in bottom of slow cooker. Top with pork chops, salt and pepper, pour soup over chops. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, until tender. You can serve alone or on top of rice.
