Easy Crock Pot Pork Chops

November 16, 2009

This is one of THE easiest crock pot meals!  I have always made a similar recipe but by using the oven.  I’ve been trying to utilize my crock pot more because let’s face it, IT’S EASY!!  I tried the oven version of my favorite pork chops in the crock pot and let it do all the work!

You’ll want to try this little beauty of a recipe out….you won’t be disappointed!

Easy Crock Pot Pork Chops

(sorry for the very poor picture quality – my husband and I were both starving and didn’t want to get up to go get the camera! : )

Printable Recipe: Easy Crock Pot Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2–4 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cans (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2-4 pork chops, boneless or bone-in
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Lightly spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Put onions and potatoes in bottom of slow cooker. Top with pork chops, salt and pepper, pour soup over chops. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, until tender.  You can serve alone or on top of rice.
