Mom, that is! What a better way to celebrate Mother’s Day than with food?!!
I love lemon cake and came across this WONDERFUL recipe in my Spring ’09 issue of Food & Family (FREE!) magazine from Kraft. As soon as I saw it, I said, “I will be making this….and soon!” And I’ll eat it all by myself because for whatever reason my husband does not like lemon cake. And I’ll love EVERY MINUTE OF IT! : )
So, for all of you out there wanting to make something for your mom for Mother’s Day, print this out and make it. She’ll love you for it! (not that she doesn’t love you anyway : )
