i made this about a year ago for my girlfriend. It is my favorite dish to make for people now, because its very easy and they are usually impressed with the quaility of the meal. I also like to serve the chicken over noodles, with a side of baked bread.

I bet using chicken thighs would work just fine. You should probably just watch cooking time. It may take a little less cooking time….or maybe a little more. Let me know how it turns out!

Could one substitute chicken thighs for chicken breasts?
