Sweets For Your Sweetheart Week – Molten Chocolate Cake

February 10, 2009

The original recipe for these yummy little cakes calls for using regular custard cups or souffle dishes, but how cute is it to use heart dishes to make small heart shaped cakes?!  You can often find heart shaped dishes or small cake molds at Michael’s, Hobby Lobby or other craft/specialty stores.  Most of the time for a a pretty reasonable price.  A nice little treat to let your sweetheart know you love them!

Yummm and so cute shaped like a heart! I wish my valentine would make me one but that is not likely since his specialty is baloney bowls (misspelled for emPHASis). ha ha ha!

These are adorable and look delicious. I think I could justify eating them if I used dark chocolate (heart healthy antioxidants). Happy V-Day!
