Great idea! Yet another way to eat potatoes!
What a great recipe! We love potato skins, but this is a way better idea. I can't wait to try it.
Thanks,

What a great idea! I'm putting this one on the list for next week for sure. Very nice site!
You can't go wrong with potatoes , cheese, and bacon.
O man!! This looks yummy!! I am saving this!!
I've made these before, and they're AMAZING! Be sure to make a bunch if you've got company. I also made a batch with sweet potatoes. Bake them with a little brushing of butter or oil, then add a little Nutella and baby marshmallows.
