I'm from Pittsburgh and never heard of ro-tel. A friend who lives in North Carolina is going to send me a can so I can try this recipe. It sounds delicious!

i love chicken spaghetti haven't had it in yrs!! I'm in the kitchen right now tyring this recipe for my husband and son!! let u knw!! also, we can't go without ro'tel in the pantry my husband uses it alot!! Jessica from Louisiana!!!!!

look for Rotel at walmart… I found at least in our area of upstate NY it is about 1/3 of the price there as in my hometown store!

i'm trying to make chicken spaghetti for the first time with this recipe but instead of using cream of chicken, i'm using camebell's cream of chicken & mushroom. I also put more like 1/2 a cup of milk instead of just 1/3. Oh yeah, i added diced potatoes which were only about half way baked. Should be good when it's done. you can't go wrong with velveeta and ro-tel.

I tried this recipe 4 chicken spaghetti it waz so so good!my husband,my daughter & i loved it! this is my favorite food but i nvr knew how 2 make it so i was alwayz cravin it until i saw diz recipe!i waz so lookin 4ward 2 makin it & once i did i waz so happy cuz it waz vry deliciouz!so thankz u 4 posting diz recipe!i give it 2 thumbz up!

wow!!!! i never knew so many people didn’t know what ro*tel was!!! i also cook with it often and usually have some on hand!!! i just made chili today and it just doesn’t taste right without the ro*tel!!! but thanks for the chicken spaghetti recipe…i’m trying to get it down so i’m taking things from different recipes…i’m also a fan of the “king ranch chicken casserole and the doritos casserole” although like most people i make mine a little different…everyone has their own spin on things!!!!
