Baked Artichoke Squares

We’re continuing on with our Southern Living at HOME party with all kinds of delicious party foods…..’cause we all know you can’t have a party without food!

This is a great dish to serve at a party.  It’s not real heavy, but filling.  Guests will think you spent tons of time slaving away in the kitchen (it will be our little secret that you didn’t!)  It’s sure to be a hit!

Baked Artichoke Squares

Printable Recipe: Baked Artichoke Squares

Ingredients

2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 (9 0z) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup sour cream
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

Heat oven to 375. Unroll dough into 4 long rectangles. Place crosswise in ungreased 9X13 baking pan; press over bottom and 1 inch up sides to form crust. Press perforations to seal.

Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread mixture evenly over partially baked crust.

Bake at 375 for an additional 8-10 minutes or until topping is thoroughly heated. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares. Serve Warm.
