That’s right, the time is here! This week I will be giving away five, that’s right,
F-I-V-E Hershey’s Gift Baskets!!
A representative from Hershey’s contacted me last week asking if I’d like to give some of these gift baskets away. OF COURSE I WOULD, I said!! I am so excited about my first giveaway!
The gift baskets look like this….
Each basket will include….
* Baking Bowl
* Hershey’s Recipes
* Oven Mitt
* Spatula
* 2 Bags of Hershey’s Kisses
* Peanut Butter
* Flour
* Brownie Mix
* Hershey’s Cocoa
You have a few different ways to earn entries to win one of these awesome gift baskets. Winners will be chosen at random this Friday, December 5!
To earn entries you can:
- Leave a comment with your favorite Hershey’s recipe
- Subscribe to my blog and come back leaving a comment letting me know you did
- Blog about the giveaway and come back leaving a comment with the direct link to your post (not the main page of your blog…then I might not be able to find your post!)
That’s three different ways you can earn multiple entries for more chances to win one of the F-I-V-E Hershey’s gift baskets!! (be sure to leave a separate comment for each so they will be counted individually!)
Good Luck!
To celebrate the Hershey’s Giveaway, I will be posting a different Hershey’s recipe each day! You’ll want to check back each day to see what scrumptious recipe we have for you!
And the perfect recipe to start the week off….Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie!! (Can you say yummm?!!)

Love this recipe using Hershey Kisses and M&Ms:
40 mini pretzels
40 unwrapped Hershey Kisses
40 M&Ms
Place pretzels on sheet cake pan. Place a Kiss on top of each pretzel.
Heat in 200 degree oven for 4 minutes, or until chocolate is softened.
Remove and press an M & M into center of chocolate. Refrigerate until firm.

My favorite Hershey's recipe…
Chocolate Ganache
Two cups semi-sweet or dark chips, finely chopped
Two cups heavy cream
Two tsp vanilla extract
Bring cream to a simmer in heavy pot, then add chocolate. Turn off heat. Stir briskly until chips are completely melted. If desired, strain through a sieve to remove any remaining chips.
This stuff has a million yummy uses….you can whip it and use as a cake filling, or just cool it a bit and pour it over the top of a cake. You can roll the cooled product into truffles, or — like I do — just keep a bowl in the fridge for late night munching.
Side note – I have some cranberry grape energy drink syrup concentrate for restaurant use that makes a KILLER flavoring for this. Somehow, 1 oz does not make the chocolate break.

That is wonderful! You are really getting alot of recognition! I am proud of you. I don't have any favorite recipe with Hershey chocolate, but I do have a great story! A few years ago Steve and I took a trip with his parents to Pennsylvania and we stopped at Hershey to look around and I ended up buying a bunch of candy. It was in the summer so I made sure that on our trip back to Texas that the Candy stayed safe and didn't melt. Well it took up so much room in the back seat of the car that I ended up having only enough space for me and my Mother-in Law in the backseat and the rest was candy from Hershey, Pennsylvania. I would love to take a dip in the chocolat vats there.

I found your site on via kraftfoods.com and I'm so glad I did. It's a great site. I can't wait to make the Hershey's Brownie Caramel Pecan Bars that I found the reciepe for. They remind me of turtles. I'm sure they are great. I'm also going to try the Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie. My mother in law has made a similar pie for years and I love it! I'd love to win the Hershey's gift bakset too!

This is THE recipe. I've made this all my life and I can eat the whole pan by myself. Luckily there are many of us here and I don't get that opportunity. Warning: This is too easy to make and beyond delicious. You'll gain weight after this discovery. But you'll be happy. (Good served hot with ice cream or milk poured on, too.
