I just finished reading Easy Entertaining for Beginners, and I must say, it is a sensational read! The book is full of terrific ideas for easy entertaining. Entry for entertaining book — favorite recipe — hot spinach artichoke dip with tortilla chips.
My tip is simple, for an easy but elegant dessert I give chocolate dipped strawberries to my guests.
I love serving this dip with Townhouse crackers when entertaining. It's called "Dip to Die For"
Mix:
One 8 oz. package cream cheese
One cup Mayo
One 8 oz. package of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3-4 Green Onions cut up
Put this mixture in a pie plate. Crush about 10 townhouse crackers and sprinkle on top, then put 8 pieces of crumbled cooked bacon on top. Microwave for 3 minutes and serve hot with townhouse crackers.
Yummy!!!!
