This is what we’re having for dinner tonight. I’m taking the night off from cooking because we have some packing to do! (These soups are AWESOME, by the way!)
We’ll be heading to Austin, TX tomorrow for a wedding. I’m looking forward to going home for the weekend. Not just to see my friends, but for the FOOD!!! There’s always the places we HAVE TO go to, like:
(which puts Taco Bell to shame as far as fast food Mexican goes)
(The best steak house, EVER!)
(AWESOME Tex-Mex)
(more awesome Tex-Mex!)
Those are just a few of my favorites….among many, many others : ) It will be a short trip this go ’round, so we may just have to settle for Taco Cabana…..but I can handle that!!
