My girlfriend works every fri from 1pm to 9pm and I make her something new every fri. Tonight I'm trying this recipe for it's ease and for just sounding yummy.. I hope she likes it.. I'm serving it with southwestern veggie mix in cheese sauce and Velveeta shells n cheese with rotel tomatoes. ~kpfafman~

I made this recipe and served it over spanish rice with tostitos on the side and my family loved it. I melted shredded monterrey jack / cheddar cheese over the chicken. It is a fst and easy meal to make.

It serves as many as you want it to. I've made it with as few as two chicken breasts to as many as 10. Just use the amount of chicken breasts as the amount of servings you want (I hope that makes sense!)
