I made my first pecan pie this weekend and it turned out great! I took pictures, but don’t have my camera with me to upload pictures at the moment….I will post later, I promise!
Keith told me to tell all of you that he gives it a “2 thumbs up!” (It’s always a good sign when the hubby loves it…and pecan is his favorite pie : )
I don’t know what I was ever so afraid of…..it was one of the easiest things I’ve ever made! And for not being much of a pecan pie eater (I know, don’t shoot me!), I’ve found myself stealing quite a few bites off of Keith’s plate and actually getting a piece or two of my own!
