Another great side dish to add to your Thanksgiving Feast…..
Printable Version: Corn Casserole
- 1 can whole kernel corn, not drained
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 box jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 cup grated cheese (optional)
Mix all ingredients except cheese together in a large bowl. Place in a greased 9 X 13 casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min, or until center is done. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 5 to 10 minutes longer (until cheese is melted).
