We’re buying our first home!! Keith and I are SO excited! The Lord has blessed us tremendously with a beautiful, beautiful home! So much more than we ever expected for a first home!
As first-time home buyers we were both scared and reluctant as to what the experience would be like. Thanks to an awesome friend and realtor, this has been a wonderful experience for us. We only spend a little over 3 weeks looking and last week found “our home.” A few days later we went to look at a few more houses “just to make sure” and we made this house our last stop. As soon as we walked in the front door we felt like we were home.
That was this past Sunday. We made an offer that afternoon and the owners came back that night and had accepted the offer with one counter-offer….that we close on the 31st!
Whew….so, here we go on a whirlwind journey. Finishing up finances, transering utilities, buying a refrigerator, PACKING…but it’s so exciting and we cannot wait to move into our new home!!
We just can’t wait!

Congratulations! Great looking home – can't wait to see your personal touches on it. And it looks so roomy! We'll have to throw a big party when you are all settled in to show it off!
On another note – did you see where we have raised enough to fund 2 mammograms so far – woo hoo! The party is still open so I can't wait to see how much more we donate!
