For All You Brownie Lovers Out There…

I subscribe to E-vite’s blog and I saw the coolest thing ever!  I happen to be a huge brownie lover.  It’s one of my favorite desserts (along side Ice Cream and Cheesecake : )  I saw these two things and was blown away.  I had no idea there was such a thing!  For all you brownie lovers out there, these products are for you!!!

First, the Slice Solutions Pre-Cut Brownie Pan!  I LOVE IT!!

I already have mine ordered and on it’s way from Amazon!  The set includes 11X 7-inch baking pan, removable bottom, divider, and rack…..no cutting, tearing the tops of the brownie, trying to cut through the edgies, nothing!

You simply pour in the batter, place the divider in the pan, bake and whala….perfectly sliced brownies!!!

AMAZING! I cannot wait to try this and share my experience with you!

Next, for those of you that are “Edge Lovers” (you know who you are!).  I don’t happen to be an edge lover.  I personally, love the very ooey-gooey middle of the brownies!  But, I knew I had to share this with those of you out there that love the crunchy edge of the brownies.  This is the first time ever seeing such a thing…and what a brilliant idea!!

The Edge Brownie Pan!  A baking pan that gives you chewy edges on EACH individual serving…..yes, edge lovers, it’s true!

I'm with you on the inside of the brownie thing. Jeff likes the crust so we make a great pair. BBC will eat anything with sugar so he helps me finish off the center!

I have found my Pampered Chef Pizza Cutter helps me cut beautiful brownies. I now bake in a silicone pan (love it) and then I turn out out onto a cutting board and slice away!

I admit it…I'm an EDGE LOVER!!!! Love the little crunchy pieces! These are both great ideas!

Okay, the edge pan may be an option for some, but the “slice solutions” pan has to be for the mentally disabled!

Is it really that difficult to slice a pan of brownies with a knife? Tearing and trouble with edges? I use a little thing I call a “knife sharpener”. Really eliminates most issues with “poor cutting”.

Yikes, what's next, some type of tray with linked drinking glasses, so you can pour six servings at once and not spill any?

Skills, people, skills.
