This is what I feel like any time Keith and I try to enjoy a bowl of ice cream! Ice cream is Riley’s favorite “people food.” (Riley’s our dog) He can be sound asleep upstairs and hear us open up the freezer door and it takes him a total of about 2.5 seconds to jump up and run downstairs to the kitchen. He has his eyes on us from the moment we scoop out the ice cream to the moment we’re finished eating. Last night in the middle of eating our Blue Bell Vanilla Bean ice cream with fresh strawberries (YUMMM!!), I started cracking up (thinking of the song I Always Feel Like Somebody’s Watchin’ Me while Riley’s staring me down). I asked Keith to get the camera for me.
This is the response I get…..”Are you going to take a picture of Riley to put on your blog?” (This was the moment I realized blogging has taken over my life : ) “Yes,” I said. He just rolled his eyes and got the camera. Now, the moment you’ve been waiting for…..This is Riley, waiting for his most favorite treat in the world
Isn’t he hilarious! And his tail is wagging about 90mph the whole time. This dog LOVES ice cream! Which, of course, he learned from us : )

Ha ha ha hilarious! I have a dog too that eats everything I do. I give her ice cream, soda, cakes, chocolate… I don’t know if she really likes it as I do, if it tastes the same to her, but she can’t see me eating because she begins roaming until I share with her whatever I’m biting. Great to donate a entry in your blog to the doggy!
