Grill Week – Day 6

by sunshine on June 7, 2008

Keith and I love grilled pork chops . . .bone in, bone out (sirloin chop) and even butterfly chops. And we basically cook them all the same.

Grilled Pork Chops
A Crawford original : )

  • 1 desired type of pork chop per person
  • Tony Chachere’s Creole Blend Salt and pepper to taste The amount of seasoning depends on how ‘seasoned’ you like your food. We usually put quite a bit…but I will tell you, it does not take much of the Tony Chachere’s (boy is it good! – you should be able to find it on the spice aisle of the grocery store) If you’ve never used it, this is what it looks like ~

Directions Pre-heat your grill to med. heat. After letting seasoning sit on pork chops for 5-10 minutes place them on the grill for approx. 20-30 minutes, turning after 10 minutes. Check for readiness after 25 minutes and flip every 5 minutes until meat is cook throughly.
