This is a quick, easy recipe that you can grill anytime! Chicken is probably my favorite meat to grill. There are just so many ways you can ‘spice’ it up and make it different each time. I hope you enjoy today’s recipe!
Grilled Italian Chicken Breasts
Recipe Courtesy: Kraftfoods.com
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Kraft Parm Plus! Garlic Herb Italian Topping or Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup dry seasoned bread crumbs
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.)
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
MIX seasoning blend and bread crumbs in shallow dish.
DIP chicken in butter; coat with seasoning blend mixture. Place on greased grill over medium-hot coals.
GRILL 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
You can always modify this recipe for more or less people. Keith and I usually buy a huge package of individually wrapped chicken breasts from SAMS and freeze them. We can take out as many as we need at a time (usually 2 : ) so we don’t waste any food. That has worked very well for us.
