Asparagus Parmesan

This goes along great with any dish, especially grilled meats! Keith and I had this last night with our grilled pork chops and loved it. It’s very easy and full of flavor.

Asparagus Parmesan

Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1 pound fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (we just used the grated Parmesan from the can)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Melt butter with olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus spears, and cook, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes, or to desired firmness. Drain off excess oil, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

I do this one in the oven 400 degrees, no butter, olive oil. Bake for 15 min and add parm for last 2 mins. Yummy!
