We call these Mouse Tracks and I roast the pecan before I put them on the rolo/pretzel because it takes a lot better that way. Try it…

Great idea, Diane! Yes, I think these could be could be frozen. I haven't ever done it but I don't see why they wouldn't freeze well.

I used "Great Value Creamy Caramel Milk chocolate cups" from WalMart which don't need to be unwrapped.

Do you think that these could be frozen?

someone made these for our holiday snack day and had to find the recipe. Really good and addicting so I'm making them now. Just wish I bought two bags of rolos instead of one small bag..
